Method of Chiropractic is a natural way of improving functioning of the whole body through correcting spinal problems and removing nervous system interferences. It is based on a simple, but very powerful principle: if the spine is functioning correctly and the nervous system works properly, the human body is able to heal itself.
Chiropractic treatment restores and optimizes spinal functioning. It also results in correction of posture and strengthening of core muscles, which helps to prevent or to minimize reoccurrences of spinal problems in the future.
For many years Chiropractors all over the world help people to get rid of a wide spectrum of health problems including:
• Specific technique of spinal correction, used to restore its normal functioning;
• Special technique of muscle relaxation;
• Medical massage which helps to get rid of muscle spasms;
• Individual therapeutic exercise program that is aimed at strengthening the core muscles. (Strengthening of core muscles is crucial for improvement of posture and optimization of spine functioning, and helps to prevent spinal problems in the future).
Chiropractic is now available in Moscow! Our Center is happy to introduce Boris Veller, a US-trained Doctor of Chiropractic, a specialist in spinal health. He received his Doctorate Degree from the Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minneapolis (Minnesota, USA), where he graduated with highest honors (Summa Cum Laude and as a Valedictorian of his class). After the graduation Boris successfully practiced in several private clinics in Chicago and New York. Since 2007 Dr. Veller has been serving expat community in Moscow.
